A kolache...*drools* Kolaches are the foods of the gods, I swear...

A kolache is a Czechloslavakian (sp) pastry that typically consists of some soft, circular breading with glazed fruit in the center. The fruits can be anything from cherries to peaches, apricots, and even seeds. Some kolaches have sausages wrapped in them.

Man...I so need a kolache now!! *goes to hunt down some*
